We are really looking forward to welcoming you to the Manning Entertainment Centre.
If any performance needs to be rescheduled due to COVID, we will contact all ticket holders.
The health and safety of our patrons, staff and performers is our highest priority. The wearing of masks indoors is no longer mandatory, but you are welcome to wear a mask if you wish, and you can request that staff members wear a mask while serving you.

Patrons acknowledge that while the MEC has taken all reasonable health and safety precautions to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, patrons enter the MEC at their own risk without recourse to claim against the Venue regarding health outcomes.

The Manning Entertainment Centre is operating in accordance with the current NSW Government Health Orders. You are able to enjoy live performances with the peace of mind that we are doing everything possible to keep you safe and healthy.
How to buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online at theMEC.com.au, at our Box Office Tue - Fri 10am till 1pm or by calling 6592 5466. We encourage patrons to present their email tickets on their phone, and familiarise themselves with their seat numbers when displaying hard copy tickets to ushers, so that there is no need for ushers to handle the tickets.
How will you be keeping audiences safe?
The health and safety of our audience, staff and performing artists is our focus and as a certified COVID Safe venue, we have a comprehensive operational plan in place to keep you safe. You can find more details about our COVID Safe Plan by clicking here.
What will be different when I next come to the theatre?
There will be some changes when you come into the theatre, but our aim is to provide the same warm and social experience that we know you enjoy. There are sanitiser stations, and perspex shields at serving points. Our friendly staff will be there to advise and assist you at every event.
Are you taking contact details for everybody attending?
All events are ticketed. Patron contact details will be collected at time of purchase for contact tracing purposes. As always, all information is held in accordance with relevant privacy law requirements.
If you are booking tickets for a group, please ensure you make a note of who you attend the performance with and confirm you have means to contact them if asked.
Refunds or exchanges will only be given, PROVIDED YOU CONTACT US 24HRS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
At the Show
The front doors are opened one hour before each performance. From that time, drinks and snacks are available from Ovations and tickets are available for purchase or collection from the Box Office
Doors to the auditorium used to open 30 minutes before each performance, but in the interest of minimising numbers in the foyer, the auditorium will now be open when the front doors open and you will permitted to take your seats anytime after arriving. It is best not to leave it until the last minute before heading to your seat as performances will start on time and latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
The use of cameras, mobile phone cameras and other recording/ electronic/ digital devices is strictly prohibited in the venue's auditorium unless otherwise specified by the performers and staff.
A hearing loop is available to all seats. If you have a hearing aid with a T switch, turn it to this setting for the best audio experience.
We can accommodate guests with limited mobility (eg: wheelchair/ walker users) in the front row. Please let our team know when you make your booking if you need access to one of these seats. It will be easier for us to help you if you make your booking early.
Food & Drink
Ovations serves soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, hot drinks and snacks and cheese boxes from an hour before each performance. We request that where possible the purchases be cashless using our eftpos facilities to tap and go.
