School Excursion Planning
To make a booking fill out the Booking Form and submit your form by emailing it to: [email protected]
Once your booking form has been received, an email confirmation will be sent within seven days confirming your bookings. If you need to increase numbers, this will be subject to availability.
To assist schools in preparing their own risk assessments, we have prepared a Safety Information Sheet (see downloads on this page). This document answers all questions required by the NSW Department of Education and Communities.
On the Day
The theatre foyer is open 1 hour before every performance. Please ensure that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of your performance. If you are running late, please call the Manning Entertainment Centre on 6592 5466.
We request that, wherever possible, teachers and students do not bring school bags with them to the performance.
Food and Beverages are not permitted inside the auditorium. However, there is a grassed area outside, available for students to have a picnic before or after the show.
Bus Drop off Point Buses are able to drop off children at the front entrance to the Manning Entertainment Centre. We ask that buses park in the allocated area at the Tourist Information Centre Car Park adjacent to the Manning Entertainment Centre.
Payment An invoice will be issued to the school 30 days preceding the show based on your booking numbers. Payment must be made prior to the event. Prompt payment is appreciated.
Accessibility The Manning Entertainment Centre has wheelchair access into the auditorium. Disabled parking bays are also available as well as a drop off bay for easy access.
Hearing Impaired The Manning Entertainment Centre offers hearing loop facilities. A T-coil is required in your hearing aid to access the loop.
Camera, video and audio recorders may not be used in the auditorium.
